What is a giclée?

A giclée is a fine art print that uses high resolution, pigment ink from, typically, a large format inkjet printer. 

What is the difference between canvas and fine art paper prints?

The difference between canvas and paper is the difference in texture of the material, weight, thickness, and finish the art print is printed on. 

Do we ship internationally?

Yes, we have begun shipping internationally and look to expand soon. If your country is not listed, please let us know as demand increases, updates to shipping will be announced. 

What do I do if the print is damaged by printing?

Please visit our website to contact or email us for customer assistance on troubleshooting. We work diligently to reply within 48hrs. 

How are canvas prints and fine art posters shipped?

We ship domestically and internationally using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Domestic shipping is flat rate whereas international shipping is determined at checkout based on your geographic location. We ship our large prints and fine art posters in heavy duty shipping tubes to protect them while in transit.

Can I buy more than one print of a different style?

Yes, of course! As long as the item is in stock but restock occur regularly. So if an item is not in stock, hold your cart to avoid additional costs for shipping or tax. They can be mailed together most times.
